This policy brief outlines key recommendations provided by participants to improve community engagement. The brief is aimed at researchers, research institutions and policymakers.
Researcher’s Guide to Good Practice in Community Health Research – Following a community engagement event in southern rural Malawi, SHARE and a number of collaborating organisations produced a researcher’s guide to good practice in community health research. The booklet outlines the steps researchers should follow when working with communities, from obtaining appropriate permissions to contacting households and collecting data.
